Well, first off we're in the middle of a pandemic where our health is now more important more than ever. But, it's also the perfect time to fast since we're at home more and can control other key aspects of our health such as eating better and sleeping more!
What is fasting?
The best way to explain this is by telling you what it is not - a starvation method. Strategically condensing your eating windows has been shown to improve biomarkers (blood pressure, blood glucose levels, etc) health and muscle mass and decrease body fat irrespective of calories.
Fat- and weight-loss is more than just how much you eat.

For years I had been following the advice in Health and Fitness magazines (i.e., 6 meals a day and eating within 20mins of working out) which I did not enjoy (it never felt right to eat when I wasn't hungry). I also didn't see the results my clients and I now see using fasting as a fat-loss and health-optimisation tool.
