JC uses movement, mobility and pilates in his 1:1 training sessions to help build the strongest foundations possible. Remember - you cannot build a house on weak foundations.

How does this service work?
-Once you've paid safely via PayPal
- I'll reach out to set up your assessment. This will take around 45-minutes and will give me the time I need to assess your movement as well as talk through your goals and training and injury history.
- Once you're assessed, I'll add you onto my client desktop where you'll receive the training programme which you'll complete outside our sessions.
-Easy-to-use online platform
- I’ll customise your entire program which is easily accessible via your phone.
- BridgeTracker will allow me to help you build to build consistency into your training outside of our sessions.
-Simple practices and daily accountability
- This programme is designed to create lasting change, so we'll begin right away.
- Every day, you’ll have some mobility practices to complete. Each practice will be customised to help you get the results you are looking for.
-Small yet powerful practices to improve everyday life
- We’ll work together to create and practise healthy habits across other aspects aspect of your life, although this isn't the main focus, but is still essential.
- These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident, and prepared for each day - no matter what life throws at you.
-Personal coaching and detailed progress checking
- I’ll check in with you daily via the built-in messenger to see how you’re doing and to answer any questions you have.
- The program also tracks your 'daily performance' so we can keep an eye on your performance levels.
- We'll work together in the comfort of your own home via video call for 1 60-minute session per week
