Snacking is the best way to overeat, so don't do it. Not only that, but the options we'd usually choose (sugar) aren't good for us either.
Sugar causes inflammation, making us bloated and puffy.
Plus, when we're constantly consuming sugar for energy, we're never taping into our fat stores.
Here are some simple swaps:
If you fancy going cold-turkey and cutting out sugar over the next 40 days, then have at it, your results will thank you for it. However, be aware that the more you rely on sugar in your current diet (even in fruit!), the harder this will be. I'M HERE FOR YOU EITHER WAY!
If cutting out all sugar (including fruit) is too much for you right now, simply focus on reducing your intake, a much as possible, as often as possible. And always supplement your 'something sweet' with some fats (e.g. avocado, full-fat Greek yogurt), to reduce your insulin response.

- Jam on toast ==> Avocado and feta on toast (wholegrain).
- Granola and low-fat yogurt ==> Toasted coconut and nuts with full-fat Greek yogurt
