Of course we all want to look and feel better. But you can only get better, if you're reviewing your actions each day (your actions, NOT your intentions!), to see where you can make improvements. ​
Grab yourself a note book, and jot down 2-3 lines each day, about what you stuck to, and where you deviated from the plan.  

It's amazing how much improvement you can make, and how much more accountable you become, when you're looking at your day honestly and objectively.
