Many lower limb (calf, shin, hips, etc) and lower back problems are rooted in dysfunctional feet.
But, something that many overlook, is that fact that falling is the biggest risk factor to our quality of life as we age, and many falls and gait disturbances can be traced back to dysfunctional feet.
