JC is a lifestyle transformation specialist, so he works on mindset, habit formation, and long-term 'whole-body' health. His approach calls on Pilates, functional movement, gait analysis, the fascial system, and mobility, all following his signature 'from the feet, to the forehead' methodology.

Re:Wild with JC aims to help people to re:set, re:build and re:train and live less-processed, slightly 'wilder' and pain free lives, while changing the dialogue around what constitutes a healthy lifestyle.

JC believes that health and beauty aren’t skin-deep. Rather, health is inextricably linked to mental and emotional wellbeing, and EVERYONE should be able to move without pain. His approach considers and responds to the daily habits, injury history, lifestyle, hormone, gut health and diets of his clients, which are too often overlooked by health professionals at every level. This is why Re:Wild with JC's programmes are built on four pillars: Sleep, Eat, Move, Repeat - to help you re:connect with what nature intended.
Before relocating from London to Australia in December 2020, JC had spent 9 years building his UK company 'Nutri-Train', helping premier league footballers, actors, models and high-flying professionals achieve the body and movement they want and need, both in London and around the globe. During this time in London, JC and his 'Nutri-Train Team' ran some of the funnest (and sweatiest!) pilates, yoga, movement, mobility and functional training classes imaginable at the South Kensington Club (London's 2018 Private Member's Club of the Year) and the ultra-luxe/uber cool Ham Yard Hotel in Soho, where he delivered 1:1 PT and Pilates sessions for their guests.
JC qualified as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through Premier Training in 2011, a Nutritional Advisor through Precision Nutrition in 2013; a Pilates instructor through Equinox in 2015; and a pre and post natal Pilates instructor in 2020. He is an avid learner, and has completed both self-led and formal training in elite performance training, foot health, mobility, fascia, sleep and hormone health.

With 11-years experience in London’s most exclusive hotels, health and member’s clubs, I excel in high-end settings. My clients include premier league footballers, actors (including for on film set support), models and executives.

Based on the NSW Far South Coast, I arrived with very little local knowledge, but quickly became a part of the community. I was able to identify and help influential community members to address their health and movement concerns.
The word of mouth recommendations, along with my social media advertising, meant that I was fully- booked for PT, Pilates and Mobility sessions – despite being priced at a premium – for most of 2021 (with the exception of August/September – which was lockdown).

Each member of 3 St. James’s Square received DNA testing, a full 360° 3D body scan, body composition analysis and a lifestyle consultation to profile every individual, creating SMART training goals bespoke to each member.
