Through years of working in-person I've put together systems which allow me to teach and show others how to manage their movement, mobility and health from the comfort of their own homes, via video.

I'm currently working online via video with individuals in London (UK), Brighton (UK), Newcastle (Aus), Brisbane (Aus) and Los Angeles (US) at least 1 per week. I don't mind where you're based as long as we can find a time which suits us both!
