Why? Because I realised that I had become totally disconnected from the food chain and the impact of my choices and habits. As my followers well know, I believe that every meal needs a source of protein, lots of veggies, and good fats. But, the ‘old me’ was more worried about quantity than quality, and never questioned where my food really came from, or the broader impact of my choices. |
