As a movement, mobility and barefoot specialist, I can't begin to tell you how often the feet are neglected for movement assessments and mobility screenings.
The biggest inhibitor to our quality of life as we age, outside of disease, is the inability to move and falling over. Falling over often leads to other ailments and even more inactivity, and so the vicious cycle begins.
Tight and narrow feet ALMOST always become sore and painful, leading to an unstable base and a lack of movement.
To address these issues, it's important not only to begin looking at our feet but working on them daily. Here's what's included in this program:
- 11 years of information
- 24 pages outlining everything I've learnt from working on my client's feet
- 10 illustration
- 1 x 3-minute video
You can quickly address these dysfunctions through fascial work and joint-specific movements, greatly widen your feet, and create a much more stable base.
Equipment needed:
- 1 x ball
"My goal with Re:Wild With JC is to educate, motivate and guide those who want to live a better, healthier and more fulfilling life. I believe that ‘health must come before aesthetics’ and 'function is key’. The current standard of health care fails to address the health of your fascia (the connective sheath that wraps everything in your body) and the basic needs of your joints and feet - and that's where I'm looking to fill the gap!
This 4-week program is designed to teach you how to Re:Set your tight and narrow feet in just 12-minutes per day."
