Eat Intuitively
Eat 3 meals a day, that reflect your body's needs. It really is that simple. We'll help you identify "your body's needs" and formulate a diet to support that.
Protein, healthy fats and fibrous vegetables are our mantra. If appropriate for you, we can also guide you through intermittent fasting. We talk a lot about insulin and the insulin response. It’s so important for people to understand the glucose/insulin rollercoaster, and that when carbs are consumed in excess (as they often are!), this rollercoaster contributes to poor health and fat storage. |
Insulin is the storage hormone which drives excess carbs to be stored as fat. This is one of the key reasons why low fat diets paved the way for our current obesity crisis, and why Re:Wild with JC's food philosophy is based on a lower-carb (note: lower, not low- or no-carb!), moderate fat and lean protein approach.

We simply don’t move enough and our lifestyle is to blame. Exercising 3 times a week isn't enough when we’re sedentary and sitting more than we’re not.
Going to the gym is great and we have a programme for that, but we also believe in an active lifestyle, and only when you find the right balance between intentional and incidental exercise for you, will you truly get the sustainable results you want. It's about progress, not perfection. Consistency is your key and patience is your virtue. We want to help you improve your mindset as well as your health.
Food and exercise should never be used as punishment. Both of these elements are critical to developing a healthy lifestyle, and should be manipulated up or down to optimise your health and happiness - not to detract from it! Success is about putting one foot in front of the other, over and over again. It doesn't have to be hard or fast, it just has to be consistent. |
