​A Capsule Diet™️

This is a term I refer to often and I developed this concept to help my clients not only stick to their healthier eating habits, but to help increase their free-time whilst simultaneously decreasing the stress surrounding healthier eating.

I understand that people tend to dislike the term diet, however we all have one. Our diet is our preferred way of eating, whether we attach it to weight-loss or not. 
A Capsule Diet™️ is a small selection of meals which you not only enjoy, but which are easy to make (for you) and nutritionally sound for your health and wellness.
 
The problem with healthier eating is usually in the decision making. But, by developing a capsule diet of around 6-8 meals eliminates this process, freeing-up hours of your time whilst keeping your health and wellness on track.
 
I have 6 meals in my own Capsule Diet™️, all of which can easily be tweaked when I fancy some variety or don’t have an item on-hand. I also tend to replicate these meals whilst dining out which helps increase my opportunities for social occasions without the added worry of excess eating and poor choices.
 
My Capsule Diet™️ consists of:
  1. Greek yogurt, nuts and chia seeds
  2. Chia pudding with cacao nibs and nuts
  3. Scrambled eggs, salmon/bacon and vegetables
  4. Vegetable omelettes
  5. Meat/Vegetable frittatas
  6. Fish/Steak/Chicken and colourful vegetables

These meals should be simple to make, yet offer the perfect balance between flexibility and structure, so you’re able to rest easy in the knowledge that a healthy and nutritionally sound meal is only a few minutes away.
