If you'd like to maximise the benefits then you can supplement with Curcumin directly but be to be sure to add some black pepper into the mix to increase the absorption into the bloodstream by up to 2000%. Whichever decision you choose just make sure you're adding at least one into your diet.

Curcumin can not only inhibit many factors which play a major role in inflammation process but it has shown the ability to neutralising free radicals in the body and stimulating our body's own natural antioxidants aiding the ageing process too. Since inflammation is a common problem in the western world and many diseases and illness are attributed to it which make this sort of preventative measure a no brainer really.
